Submitting this form does not create an account and does not grant access to anything. It is a request to be considered as a client, read and decided by us.

Be clear on this

Nobody is granted access automatically. Every application is reviewed by a person, and a good number are declined.

We are not building a mailing list and we are not trying to accumulate registered users. The number of clients we can act for properly at any one time is limited, and taking on work we cannot deliver would be worse for everybody than saying no.

So this form goes to us, we read it, and we come back to you either way. Where we can help, the next step is a conversation and then verification. Where we can't, we will tell you plainly rather than leaving you waiting.

01What happens

The review process.

    You submit this form

    It is stored securely and flagged for review. No account is created, no password is set, and nothing is unlocked.

  2. 02

    We read it

    Usually within a few working days. We are looking at whether what you want is something we can genuinely deliver, not at how much you might spend.

  3. 03

    We respond either way

    Approved applications lead to a conversation. Declined applications get a straight answer, and where it's useful we'll say why.

  4. 04

    Verification

    Where an application is taken forward, we complete identity and source-of-funds checks before acting. This is a legal requirement and it applies to everybody.

  5. 05

    Access enabled

    Only once approved and verified is a private client area enabled for you, holding your mandate, your documents and your correspondence. It shows nothing belonging to any other client.

What the client area is not

  • Not a deal board — no properties are ever listed
  • Not a marketplace or an investor network
  • Not shared — you see only your own mandate
  • Not automatic — approval is a human decision
  • Not permanent — access can be withdrawn
