JK Property Sourcing Ltd acquires and manages residential property for landlords and investors across London and the UK. No listings, no window cards — a private practice run by one accountable director.
Most property businesses sell volume. We were built the other way round — fewer clients, longer relationships, and a refusal to put anything in front of you that we wouldn't buy ourselves.
JK Property Sourcing was incorporated in June 2022 and has been trading continuously since. The practice is deliberately small and deliberately direct: the person who assesses your position is the person who negotiates on your behalf and the person you call when something needs answering. We work across London and the wider UK, with particular depth in the West Midlands, and we work by mandate rather than by listing — which is why you will not find a single property advertised anywhere on this site.
Two disciplines, run properly.
Acquisition and management are different crafts. We practise both, and we keep them honest by never letting one subsidise sloppiness in the other.

Introduction
A confidential call to understand your position — capital, timeline, appetite for work, and what you actually want the portfolio to do for you.

Verification
Identity, source of funds and proof of position are checked before anything is discussed in detail. It protects both sides and keeps the practice compliant.

Mandate
We agree written criteria: strategy, areas, budget, target returns and the conditions under which you'd say no. Nothing gets presented outside that mandate.
- 04
Search & underwriting
We work our network, appraise what comes back, and discard most of it. Only opportunities that survive our own numbers reach a client.
- 05
Presentation
You receive a private appraisal — comparables, costings, assumptions, downside. Direct, with the risks stated as clearly as the upside.
- 06
Transaction
Negotiation, solicitor and broker coordination, survey management and chasing, right through to completion.
- 07
Handover or management
Refurbishment oversight where needed, then either handover to you or straight into our management service.
